Returns

Customer Satisfaction is our number one consideration in regards to our corporate culture! We want to ensure all of our customers are happy when shopping with us, for that very reason every single one of our products contain a prepaid return label. 

In order to be eligible for a return please follow the steps provided:

You must complete this within 30 days of purchase of your item(s) in order to be eligible for a refund. The date the post office receives the item, will be the date that is honored and acknowledged by Highway Diagnostics, no other postal date will be considered. 

1. Please repackage your product securely. 

2. Please ensure all of the items you received are returned. You will only receive one return label, any items missed or forgotten in your package, will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you send the remainder of the items back at your own cost, the remainder of the refund will be returned to you. If the remainder of your items are not shipped within the 30 days, we will not refund you at a later time and you will not be eligible for a full refund, as you have surpassed the days permitted. 

3. Any items that are damaged will not be refunded. Please make sure you package everything securely, or the damage will be charged back to you. 

4. Drop your item off at your local postal office and we will handle the rest. 

5. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund, once we have received your item. You may need to contact your financial institution to see the time frames that they take to process refunds back to you. We are not responsible for any processing times that may occur from your financial institution. If you have closed your bank account or your card is no longer active, please email us at support@highwaydiagnostics.com with the subject refund issues, to see the alternatives available for receiving your refund.
