Exchanges and Replacements

We understand if you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason.

As long as you notify us within 30 days of your purchase we are more than happy to find you a product that better suits you.

Please text our number at 1(800)577-0115 with your order number and let us know you would like a replacement and we would be more than happy to get that out to you.

Once approved by one of our staff members, please use the return label that was provided to you, send your product back, and we will handle the rest. 

Please let us know if you would like a different laptop, but the same model if you are not happy with the condition you received. If you would like a different laptop model and there is a price difference, we will send you a refund or adjust the difference amount.

(Please be aware replacements will be expedited but please allow up to 4 business days from the date we received your return, for your new replacement product to be sent back to you.)

* Any products that are returned damaged, or beyond normal wear and tear, may be denied all together, and sent back to you. Refunds and exchanges are processed at employee discretion.

* Exchanges are limited to 2 exchanges per customer, any other exchange beyond this will be denied.
